The ART 111 is an electrically powered fruit crusher designed for processing fruits without hard stones, such as apples, pears, quinces, berries, bananas, citrus fruits, kiwis and similar products.
Practical and easy to operate, the machine consists of a food-grade stainless steel hopper, crushing rollers, support handles and an electric motor (220 V, 50 Hz) that transmits rotational movement to the crushing rollers through a gear drive system.
The blades mounted on the Teflon rollers perform a preliminary cutting action on the fruit, after which the rollers crush the material into a uniform pulp suitable for pressing or further processing.
The rollers feature a precise adjustment system that allows the gap between them to be increased or reduced by a few millimeters. This configuration ensures both a long service life of the machine and gentle treatment of the processed fruit, helping preserve the quality of the final product.
