OenoVin C133 - OENO

OenoVin C133 is recommended for the production of delicate and well-balanced red wines. Its fermentation characteristics make it particularly suitable for the production of “New Generation” style wines, whose aging potential is not intended to exceed two years and which are generally consumed within three years of production.

It is a yeast strain with moderate nutritional requirements, capable of fully expressing its characteristics when supported by a properly calibrated oxygen addition (macro-oxygenation) at a density ranging between 1.010 and 1.020.

OenoVin C133 was selected to preserve both the typicity of the region of origin and the varietal characteristics of the grapes. It enhances the distinctive aromas of varieties such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Syrah, Nero d’Avola, and Fetească Neagră, grape varieties traditionally associated with Mediterranean and related wine-growing regions.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Red musts: 20 g/hL.

Increase the dosage when processing grapes in poor sanitary condition or when carrying out refermentation.

PACKAGING

The product is available in 0.5 kg vacuum-packed bags or supplied in 10 kg cartons.
