Next-Generation Filter Cartridges

The new generation of filter cartridges designed for housing microfiltration systems is available in the following product families:

PEA Cartridges

PEA cartridges are designed to maximize the large filtration surface provided by the pleated PES (polyethersulfone) membrane, making them suitable for a wide range of liquid filtration applications, particularly in the wine, beverage and food industries.

The hydrophilic PES membrane contains no added chemical agents, exhibits very low extractables and is the ideal choice for applications requiring a high degree of product purity.

All cartridges are thermally bonded using polypropylene, complying with the requirements of US FDA CFR Title 21, USP Class VI Plastic Tests, and USP Extractables standards.

Each cartridge undergoes an integrity test before final assembly and is flushed with purified water. The cartridges are suitable for steam sterilization and steam disinfection.

MLA Cartridges

MLA microfiltration cartridges are manufactured using a pleated polypropylene membrane, specifically designed as a prefilter for liquids with high concentrations of suspended impurities.

Their large filtration area and compatibility with the vast majority of liquids make them an excellent solution for numerous industrial applications, particularly in the food and beverage industry.

All cartridges are thermally bonded with polypropylene and comply with US FDA CFR Title 21 and USP Class VI Plastic Test requirements.

They can be autoclave sterilized and steam disinfected.
