It is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and is designed to handle bags from 1 to 28 liters, provided the bag format is compatible with the support platform size of 600 × 600 mm.
The filling cycle is carried out automatically and includes:
- air evacuation from the bag
- filling with liquid
- nitrogen injection after filling
The removal and insertion of the cap are performed manually using a lever.
The desired filling quantity is set via an electronic display and measured by rotary liter counters, ensuring precise filling.
The machine is supplied with a filling pump, mounted on a stainless steel trolley.
The filling time for a 3-liter bag is approximately 12–14 seconds.
The machine requires a compressed air supply for operation.
