Enolmatic - Filling Device - TENCO

Enolmatic is a vacuum filling machine, meaning it operates באמצעות a vacuum pump that removes air from the container to be filled (the bottle) and then fills it with the liquid to be bottled, such as wine, oil, or liqueurs.

Because the filling process is based on vacuum, the container must be rigid, such as glass or HDPE plastic (for example pharmaceutical containers). Otherwise, the container may deform and the bottling process cannot be completed. For this reason, Enolmatic is not suitable for filling standard plastic bottles or other flexible-wall containers.

Enolmatic is a level filling machine, which means the operator does not set the exact volume of product in the bottle, but only the desired fill level. Once the filling level is adjusted, Enolmatic will consistently dispense the same amount of product, maintaining a uniform fill level bottle after bottle.

Enolmatic is designed to operate continuously for up to eight hours.
To move from one bottle to the next, once the preset level has been reached, simply remove the bottle from the filling nozzle cone. The machine will immediately stop drawing product from the source container and stop dispensing into the bottle. This operation must be carried out while the motor is still running.

If the set level is reached and the operator does not remove the filled bottle, Enolmatic continues drawing product, which is redirected into a rear recovery tank. This tank should be emptied when full. To empty it, switch off the machine, lift the lid pin to release air, and remove the tank lid. The tank is easy to disassemble and clean.
Recovery tank capacity: approx. 3 liters

Enolmatic can be used successfully for bottling liquid products, but it is not suitable for creams, jams, or honey.

The vacuum pump operating principle works efficiently with liquids, but it cannot draw in thick or creamy products, nor liquids containing fibers or suspended solids, as these may block the filling nozzle openings.

For liquid products based on essential oils, Enolmatic is not recommended. In these cases, the Enolmaster model with two or four nozzles is the preferred solution.

Enolmatic features a plastic body, which may be damaged or corroded by essential oils or concentrated essences, such as:

  • citronella oil
  • lavender oil
  • citrus essences
