Professional grape crusher-destemmer with electric motor, designed for households, small wineries, and artisan wine producers. The CANTINETTA CDA model manufactured by Zambelli Enotech is equipped with a feed auger system for the automatic and continuous transfer of grapes toward the crushing rollers. The hopper is made in food grade AISI and the casing in painted steel.
The star-profile food-grade rubber rollers, included as standard equipment, ensure gentle and efficient grape crushing, helping preserve must quality while preventing seed damage. The destemming system efficiently separates grapes and must from the stems, providing continuous operation and uniform grape processing.
The large food grade inox hopper, measuring 1030 × 550 mm, allows quick loading of significant quantities of grapes, while the 1.1 kW motor provides a processing capacity of approximately 1.5–2 tons/hour. Its robust construction and food-safe components make this machine a reliable and durable solution for intensive use during harvest season.
