HYDRO hydraulic presses are part of a new generation of fruit-processing equipment designed for the efficient extraction of juices, cider, distilled beverages, and other fruit-based products. They provide a practical, simple, and highly effective pressing system.
Requiring neither physical effort nor electrical power, HYDRO presses operate using standard mains water pressure. Water is evenly distributed throughout the entire height of the basket and fed into a natural rubber membrane positioned around the central vertical axis of the press.
As the membrane fills with water, it expands and presses the previously crushed fruit against the inner wall of the basket. This uniform pressure is applied from the center outward, ensuring gentle and consistent extraction while preserving the fruit’s natural aromas and flavors. The result is a fresh, high-quality juice with excellent yield and organoleptic characteristics.
The presses are available:
- Entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel for capacities of 40, 80, 160, 300, and 450 liters.
- With an aluminum basket and painted base and lid for capacities of 20, 40, 80, and 160 liters.
HYDRO-MIX System
The HYDRO-MIX is an integrated solution that combines fruit crushing and pressing in a single operation.
The fruit crusher discharges the processed product directly into the hydraulic press basket, eliminating the need for transfer containers or pumps. The unit is designed for maximum convenience, featuring a rotating crusher and a tilting hydraulic press system that greatly simplify emptying and cleaning operations.
