The patented “Vacuum System” grape presses, operating practically under relative negative pressure, represent technology placed at the service of quality through the unique and superior advantages this system offers compared to traditional systems. They are available in a wide range of models, from small-volume units to large-capacity versions with tank capacities ranging from 20 to 505 hl.
Operation is entirely managed by a PLC controller for easy use by the operator through the control panel mounted on the machine. This system allows instant evaluation of operating parameters and immediate intervention and adjustment according to the specific processing requirements at any given moment.
Thanks to their ability to adapt to any enological approach, combined with their complex design and versatile use, these presses are engineered for the use of inert gases (such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and argon) in order to ensure proper hygienic and sanitary protection, resulting in a further enhancement of the organoleptic quality standards achieved.
Upon request, the presses can be equipped with optional features tailored to the specific needs of the user.
