<p><strong>The new generation of filter sheets</strong>, manufactured from high-quality cellulose, offer significant improvements in their internal structure, resulting in higher filtration performance and increased mechanical strength throughout the entire filtration process.</p> <p>Continuous research into their use across a wide range of food, beverage and laboratory liquid filtration applications has led to important design enhancements. These improvements have optimized key technical characteristics while simultaneously increasing overall filtration quality and efficiency.</p> <p>The filter sheets are produced as square plates, available in <strong>20 &times; 20 cm</strong> and <strong>40 &times; 40 cm</strong> formats. Each sheet has one <strong>smooth side</strong> and one <strong>rough side</strong>, marked with the <strong>&quot;CKP&quot;</strong> inscription, allowing users to easily identify the correct installation orientation inside the filter.</p> <p>For proper filtration, the first sheet should be installed with the <strong>rough side marked &quot;CKP&quot; and the filter sheet grade facing the incoming wine flow</strong>. The next sheet should be installed with the <strong>smooth side facing the incoming wine flow</strong>, continuing this alternating arrangement of rough side and smooth side throughout the filter pack.</p> <p>This installation method ensures optimal filtration performance and the best possible filtration results.</p>
