Professional grape destemmer designed for small and medium-sized wineries, entirely manufactured from AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel. The GAMMA 15–25–40 series produced by Zambelli Enotech features a “beating system” destemming mechanism with a fixed stainless steel screen, designed for efficient grape separation while ensuring gentle grape handling and fast machine cleaning.
The GAMMA models are equipped with an integrated stainless steel pump for must transfer and a fully enclosed safety protection system. The chainless transmission system used on GAMMA 25 and GAMMA 40 reduces maintenance requirements and allows quick cleaning through the tilting opening system, without removing belts or transmission components.
The feed auger transfers the grapes toward the separation area, where the drum and paddle system efficiently separate the berries from the stems. The resulting mash is collected and transferred through the stainless steel pump directly to the fermentation tank or subsequent processing system. The compact construction and integrated wheels ensure easy handling and movement inside the winery.
The GAMMA series is available in three capacity versions:
- GAMMA 15 – for small wineries and artisan wine producers
- GAMMA 25 – for medium production volumes
- GAMMA 40 – for larger processing capacities
