The distilled spirits still is manufactured from AISI 304 X5CrNi18/10 food-grade stainless steel and is available in various capacities, starting from 100 liters. It consists of two main units: one vessel used for the fermented mash or wine (when producing brandy through distillation), which is heated by a heat source positioned underneath, and a separate vessel housing the cooling coil.
The distillation vessel has a cylindrical shape and is fitted with a conical lid equipped with a thermometer for temperature monitoring, a pressure gauge for checking internal pressure, and a valve for releasing excess gases generated during the distillation process.
The cooling unit contains the condenser coil, whose purpose is to lower the temperature of the vapors and allow them to condense into distilled liquid. It is equipped with two threaded connections for attachment to a cooling system using recirculated water or glycol, ensuring efficient and consistent cooling throughout the entire distillation process.
